Last week I talked about a Sweat it out Saturday/Sunday link party that would be open to link up all weekend—today’s the day.
I started sweat it out (weekends) to document my weekly workouts, new favorite exercises, and everything in between. A few of your suggested that I should make it a link party so that we can have a great resource for inspiration and all things sweat related – so here we go!
I’ll go first and then you guys can link it up at the bottom. Feel free to grab the above picture for your post if you’d like!
The only rule is that everything has to make you sweat, motivate you to sweat, or accompany you in your sweatiness.
Weekly Work Outs
Monday – clean, clean, clean (AKA rest)
Tuesday – 3 mile jog in the beautiful fallish weather
Wednesday – 2 mile walk with the pup
Thursday – rest
Friday – Sandbag Blast (see the sweaty workout of the week)

So, don’t be insane guys! Change things up for results.

Sweaty Workout of the Week – Sandbag Blast
Alright, so I’ve been totally obsessed with Body Rock workouts lately. There’s always something different to try and Zuzana is just motivation in and of herself. Have you seen her abs?
Unfortunately, my internet was out on Friday JUST when I was ready to body rock! Rather than finding something else to do, I just made up my own interval workout using my homemade (read: ghetto) sandbag.
If anyone is interested, I’ll post about how I made my sandbag (for around 15 dollars, maybe less). Just to warn you, a large black garbage bag and duct tape were involved – my Dad thought there were drugs in his garage. Lovely, right?
If you have an interval timer (if you don’t, this website is helpful), set it to 20 intervals of 00:40 and 00:20. There are 5 exercises, and you will do each exercise 4 times each for a total of 20 sweaty minutes.
Do each exercise as many times as you can for 00:40, rest/set up for the next for 00:20, and then move on.
Okay, now it’s YOUR turn! Link it up for our first Sweat it out (weekends) post! You can link up through Monday since it’s a long weekend!
