Yet again, it’s Saturday!
That means it’s time to talk about how we got our sweat on this past week! Have you been keeping track of your workouts? I have!
The rule is – everything has to make you sweat, motivate you to sweat, or accompany you in your sweatiness.
Sunday – REST
Monday – 1 mile walk + Insanity Cardio Abs
Wednesday – 1 mile warm up (4% incline, 3.8 mph) + Sprint your Heart Out Cardio Workout (see below)
Thursday – make the most of it workout [see video below] – total 3 miles
Friday – racing up 6 flights of stairs at University of Chicago. What? Your family doesn’t do that?
Saturday – TBD
It is incredibly satisfying to fall asleep at night knowing that you had a productive day – both mentally and physically. So get that workout in, you certainly won’t regret it.
Get your sweat on with the make the most of it workout!
What will you need? A piece of cardio equipment (treadmill, elliptical, bike) and some dumbbells (bands would work as well).
This is all about getting the most out of your workout when you’re short on time.
In the make the most of it workout, I did the same sprint workout that I posted about last week [sprint your heart out cardio workout], but this time I added strength moves during the rest periods.
It’s quick (26 minutes for 3 miles), effective (hello, sweat), and fun (no, really. It is.)!
If you have written a fitness-related post this week – then grab the button, add it to your post, and link up!
Grabbing the button [or simply linking back to this post] allows your readers to come and check out everyone else who linked up! Basically, it allows for a blog hop – in which we can hop from blog to blog gaining motivation and ideas along the way!
I can’t wait to see what you guys post this week!
