Sweat It Out Saturday – All Over The Place

Lately, I’ve had some serious work out ADD.

A few weeks ago, I was all over the LiveFit trainer. Then last week, I was super into the Body Rock 30 day challenge and Turbofire. This week, Insanity and p90x joined the mix.

I’ve been wanting to give the Insanity DVDs a try since I first heard about them. So when my brother’s friend said he could get his hands on a few, I was all over it! As of right now, we only have the fit test, cardio abs, and max interval plyo – but if we love it, then we may split the cost and buy the whole program.

So even though I haven’t been sticking to any sort of strict work out regime, in my mind as long as I keep my booty moving and get my sweat on – then it’s all good.

Basically, do what ever works for you. I’ve never been able to stick to a rigid plan because I like to be able to do whatever I’m feeling at that moment.

So are you ready for Sweat it Out Saturday?

The only rule?

Everything has to make you sweat, motivate you to sweat, or accompany you in your sweatiness.
