Hey, it’s ok… (part II)

…to eat everything with a spoon. Even salads. Everything tastes better when eaten with a spoon.

…to go light on dinner so that you can eat 3 mugs of cereal before bed.

…to tell your man “sorry honey, all the bread is gone” because you want to save the last two slices for yourself. <—selfish?

…to somehow go through 3 packs of Arnold Sandwich thins in only 1 week.

I Google image searched Arnold thins and found a picture of Georgie on the 4th page. I guess I frequently pair my cat with sandwich thins?

…to get abnormally excited every time you get a new Twitter follower or a new blog comment.

…to consider hummus a food group. And to use that to justify why you buy 2 jumbo containers on each Costco trip.

…to think class is so much more fun armed with a cute notebook and colored pens.

…to put green tea powder in your smoothie. It’s more than okay!

Mango Green Tea Smoothie

  • 1/2 C. frozen mango
  • 1/2 C. frozen banana
  • handful baby spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla Sun Warrior protein powder
  • 1 packet green tea powder
  • 1/2 C. coconut milk

It’s ‘Adam’s choice’ night—so we’ll be seeing Yogi Bear tonight! I’ll also be stopping at Costco to replenish my hummus stash—I like to get all my food groups in every day.
