Hello, Saturday. And hello to my fellow sweat it outers!
Last week I talked about changing SIOS to a different day—but for now, I’m sticking with Saturday. Next week, this may change. We’ll see.
I have a fun (and sweaty) challenge for you today—so let’s go!

Sunday – 2 hours of paddle boarding!
Monday – HOT pilates (70 minutes)
Tuesday – REST
Wednesday – ZWOW #7
Thursday – HOT yoga (70 minutes)
Friday – 2 mile jog + more paddle boarding and kayaking!
Today – probably REST or a walk

Let’s do the BURPEE challenge!
This is a TIMED challenge – but it’s also a challenge that allows you to go at your own pace. The goal is to get in as many burpees as possible during each 45 second interval (without sacrificing form). It’s only 5 minutes long and believe me – those minutes will fly by!

This is a great addition to any other workout AND you can do it ANYWHERE. In your bedroom. In the gym. In your garage. At the park. Yeah, you get the point—anywhere!
Not only is it a full-body workout, but it’s also great cardio as well! Need an extra challenge? Looking to switch things up? Add this! You’ll be sweaty in no time!
