I seriously love all of the intelligent and thoughtful comments on my last post. Most of us agree that while taking legal measures to ban crazy foods may be a bit drastic—we’d rather not eat something like the Luther Burger. We care about our bodies and we chose to live healthy lifestyles.
After being distracted by the internet for about 2 hours this morning, I finally got my booty in gear and did a quick 2 mile interval workout on the treadmill. I changed the incline every .20 miles and kept the speed in between 5.8-7.0. As the incline increased, my speed decreased!
I followed that with an amazing lunch! <—I think I say that about every meal! I can’t help it.
Greens & Goat Cheese Sammy
One-half of the Arnold thin is topped with hummus + baby spinach. The other half is topped with TJ’s honey goat cheese + roasted broccoli.
I put the halves together and grilled it in my George Foreman.
Paired with a side of cherry tomatoes and cantaloupe.
This lunch was a winner! After grilling my sandwich, I came back to find Georgie chilling in my photo station!
One more for good measure.
And now for a little something embarrassing! I made a short VLOG, just to see how this whole thing works.
I made it in one take, so it’s random and unorganized. But it’s me!
Side note: I never knew how many weird faces I make while talking! Also, I said “video log” instead of “video blog.” lol
