Good morning friends!
I hope you all had an amazing Friday! Mine was spent cooped up in the house watching shows and just being lazy.
Zero degree temps will do that to you! Or perhaps all my late nights/early mornings caught up with me?
In an attempt to get some sort of workout in, I browsed through Exercise TV. There are a ton of workouts I want to try!
But this time, I stuck with one I knew: Jillian Michael’s Yoga Meltdown. It felt nice to stretch my muscles after Thursday’s strength session!
I spent the majority of the night reading and relaxing with the family. It was a great way to start the weekend!
Today’s reason to get out bed:
1 egg and sliced cucumbers on a toasted Arnold thin spread with hummus and nutritional yeast.
DD iced coffee with 2 pumps of blueberry. They’re done with pumpkin for the season—boo!
I’ll be looking forward to their pumpkin coffees for next year!
I’m really over winter. I’m ready for Spring! I’m ready for comfortable outdoor running, leaves on the trees, and grass under my feet!
It’s that time of year where I’m just really looking forward to nicer weather activities! Cabin fever, much?
Especially hiking at the Dunes!

Ah, I can’t wait to hike again!
Well, I’m off to Adam’s first soccer game of the season! Go Badgers!!
