Hey guys! How’s your Saturday been?
Mine has been fun and busy!
After dinner last night I went into full-on relaxation mode.
It started with some relaxing on the floor with Georgie. This was one of the few times that he wasn’t biting/scratching me while trying to play!
Of course, I took advantage and snapped some pics!
Followed by some KINECT with the fam! Kinect is freakin’ amazing! It’s fun and it’s gets you sweaty! Can’t beat that!
I guess that’s not really relaxing, but it’s certainly a good time! ![]()
Finally, I went back into relaxation mode with books, a bath, and a refreshing mocktail.
My mocktail:
- 1/2 coconut water + 1/2 water + lemon slices
Today I woke up, had some coffee, and then hit the treadmill for my first training run!
- .25 mile warm-up, 3.1 mile run, .25 mile cool-down
Afterward I showered, slammed an avocado and hummus wrap, and went to Adam’s basketball game! They won!
After the game, we hit up the store where I can’t control myself Target for some birthday presents for a certain little princess!
Of course, I bought a few new items! (The Oskri bars were actually purchased at T.J. Maxx!)
I’m so excited to try these bars. The only ingredient is figs!
By this point we needed FOOD! And fast! Hello, Olive Garden!
It was WAY too dark for pictures, but I had the soup, salad, and breadsticks! Vegetarian minestrone is where it’s at!
Well I’m off to play more Kinect!
Have a great night!

That picture of you and Georgie totally made my day - adorable, I love it!
Hooray for Olive Garden! I'm so happy they have a gluten free menu now, and I totally agree - their lighting is NOT good for food bloggers, haha! Glad you're having such a relaxing day! Well, sort of relaxing :)

@Meg Aw thanks girl! Georgie makes my day every day. :) He's at the vet right now and I already miss him! Boo!
@movesnmunchies Verdict on the bars? Delish!! They taste just like the inside of a fig newton! I bet they would be perfect crumbled over a bowl of oatmeal!
