Yesterday I left off asking you guys for suggestions to cure my hangover. Thanks so much for the wonderful ideas!
Unfortunately, I couldn’t go with Angela’s Green Monster idea because my spinach stash was as empty as my wallet after getting my carpets cleaned.
I definitely took Lea’s advice and hydrated till I nearly peed my pants!
Lauren’s Pedialyte idea sounded pretty legit. However, going to the store with matted hair and mismatched pajamas to get said Pedialyte? Not so legit.
This is what I went with:
Diner-style Breakfast (Thanks Sophia!)
- 2 Egg Scramble with Goat Cheese
- TJ’s Whole Wheat English Muffin with Strawberry Preserves
- 2 Tangerines
laying on my butt all day lounging and catching up on TV shows, and by 5:00 PM, I was good to go!
Dinner was something super simple.
- Bed of Roasted Broccoli
- TJ’s Meatless Meatballs
- Drown it all in Marinara
- Top with feta
Delicious? Check. Nutritious? Check. Top with so much marinara you can’t see what’s in the bowl? Double Check.
Multigrain Cheerios topped with TJ’s mini peanut butter cups. Topped with Almond Milk and devoured with foodgasms.
This brings us up to speed to today. I was in class all day, so all meals were on-the-go. You know the drill.
Managed to snap a pic 3/4 into scarfing this baby down!
TJ’s Toasted Whole Grain English Muffin + Hummus + Nutritional Yeast
Sundried Tomato & Basil Wrap with:
- Roasted Broccoli
- The best part: Queso Fresco & Chipotle Laughing Cow + TJ’s Cranberry Apple Butter (That’s love right there.)
That’s weird. How did that larabar get in there? I never eat those.
