What’s protein-packed, healthy, and delicious to boot?
Why it’s Greek Yogurt of course! As a vegetarian, Greek yogurt is pretty much a diet staple.
That being said, there was no question in my mind when Emily from Chobani Greek Yogurt contacted me asking if I’d like to review their products! The answer was yes. YES!

I can’t tell you how excited I was to receive this extremely generous box full o’ Chobani on my front porch today!
Wow! These Chobani folks don’t pull any punches!
What’s in there exactly?
- 0% Raspberry
- 0% Pomegranate
- 2% Pineapple
- 0% Vanilla
- 0% Strawberry Banana
- 2 containers 0% Plain
- 2% Plain
- 0% Honey
- 0% Strawberry
- 0% Peach
- 0% Blueberry
Up until this point I have only tried Blueberry, Strawberry, and Vanilla. Which were all delicious, so I have high hopes for the rest!
Dreams of smoothies, pumpkin yogurt, oats, sweet potato toppings, and veggie dip are swirling in my head. ![]()
What are some of the benefits of Greek yogurts such as Chobani, you ask?
The folks at Chobani owe the delicious flavor and health benefits to a unique straining process:
- All natural. No preservatives. No artificial flavors.
- No synthetic growth hormones: No rBST-treated milk.
- Includes 5 live & active cultures, including 3 probiotics.
- Made with real fruit.
- Twice the protein of regular yogurts.
- A good source of bone-building calcium.
- Gluten-Free and Kosher-Certified.
- Safe for people with corn, nut and soy allergies.
Sounds like something I’d like to eat! How about you?
What is my non-expert, self-proclaimed foodie, and weight loss success story opinion?
Greek Yogurt is an amazing aid to weight loss and maintenance.
Its high protein content ups its satiety factor and it can satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time! Can you ask for more?
Yes, yes you can! How about another huge benefit? Versatility! This goes especially for the plain yogurt which can be used for savory recipes in addition to sweet!
I couldn’t resist breaking into the Chobani 0% Pomegranate immediately upon opening the box! There are real pomegranate arils in this little container!
Stats look pretty great.
The sugar content is a little high for my liking! But, if I wanted less sugar, I’d simply roll with the 0% plain!
I had the perfect topping:
Add a sprinkle of granola, and you have a Chobani Pomegranate Parfait.
Now I’m going to test out whether nor not this was a good pre-running snack.
More adventures in the land of Chobani to come!

LUCKY GIRL!! I LOVE me chobani!! I add a container of chobani to my oatmeal, chia seeds and flax seeds in the morning. It completes it perfectly! I won't be blogging tomorrow (see my post) so....HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Hope you have a wonderful day! You deserve it ;)
If I loved yogurt more I would say I loved chobani! But I'm just not huge on yogurt, much rather have cereal with almond milk. Dairy can gross me out sometimes : )

AHH I'm so jealous! My favorite Chobani flavors are honey and plain. I'd rather add my own fresh fruits to yogurts. Enjoy! I look forward to how you test these out.
